VAP Holdings Products is a state-of-the-art meat processing facility that marries old world farming traditions with leading edge processing resulting in a superior product thanks to a wholesome supply of responsibly raised animals plus our own exacting requirements for handling, processing and distribution. We are federally inspected by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency which ensures the highest quality of food safety. With a shared objective of a strong local meat industry, VAP Holdings Products is the culmination of the vision, dedication and cooperation of key people and groups – animal farmers, the meat industry, federal and provincial governments — all working together towards a growing contribution to the Canada economy.
Our organization’s goals are ambitious and one of the first steps in the journey was the development of the meat processing facility. We have taken the time and made the investment to ensure that the plant is engineered to the same high standards as the beef products it will produce. This includes unique and innovative approaches to harvest and fabrication, food safety, animal welfare and sustainability.
